Self referral, Employability Support, Armed Forces Support & Advice

Description

At the heart of RBLI - Lifeworks year-long employment support programme is an award-winning 4-day course. All elements being modular, face to face or remote, our employability support courses are completely FREE to Veterans and Reservists, including the cost of travel, lunch and accommodation where needed. Our Lifeworks team of Employment Advisors, Vocational Development Coaches and Vocational assessors take the time to understand the individuals we help. We tailor our support to develop yourself-efficacy towards work readiness. Our courses include preparing the individual for change, helping to understand what work not only suits you but, what you would love to do, before creating a sustainable and achievable plan. We then focus on developing employability skills including CV writing, covering letters, and interview technique and practice.
