We provide an Energy Advice Service which is unique in Kent and we are able to help households across Thanet, regardless of whether they are a homeowner, private rented or social rented and regardless of their financial situation. We are able to give free impartial advice and discuss ways to lower energy bills, help advise on energy efficiency measures, give support with energy debts and other household debts. Provide information on the available energy home improvement grants to help bring down energy bills and lower carbon footprint. Give advice on renewable energy such as solar panels (PV) and advice on the Solar Together scheme that is available in Kent. We can also signpost to other help that is available. We would welcome any referrals that you would like to make to our team.
