RBLI - Lifeworks is an award-winning 4-day course at the heart of its year support programme. All elements being modular, face to face or remote of our employability support course are completely FREE to veterans and Reservist, not only does this cover the support but also covers the cost of travel, lunch and accommodation when needed. Our Lifeworks team takes the time to understand individuals we help, tailoring our support to develop their self-efficacy towards work readiness. This is through a skilled team of Employment Advisors, Vocational Development Coaches and Vocational assessors. What: - We cover all areas of employability skills and the personal development that supports that change with the coaching sessions for change, skills development session for CV’s/ covering letters/ interviews and even helping to understand what work not only suits you but, what you would love to do.

A dedicated website, email and phone number to support the Armed Forces community, including family members and carers of those serving or have served in His Majesty’s Armed Forces. The Armed Forces Network (AFN) is a multi-organisational group which includes members from the NHS, MoD, Armed Forces Reservists, Mental and Physical Health Clinicians, the Royal British Legion, SSAFA and other interested charities and organisations. They will be able to assist directly with your query or be able to provide advice on avenues of support under the Armed Forces Covenant and the Armed Forces Act 2021.

CAP Enterprise helps people develop a more enterprising and 'can-do' approach to their personal and professional lives. Our team helps people with: - Starting up a new business - Registering as self-employed - Personal development - confidence building, goal setting and empowerment - Coaching and mentoring - Social enterprise support Every now and then (subject to funding) we also run action learning projects. These are projects where people work with others in a team to collaboratively complete a project or task, such as: converting a van into a campervan, running a pop-up shop, setting up a community event or some other learning project. Action learning is where people take on a new project and are able to learn new skills, improve confidence and achieve improved wellbeing.
