Description

We support people to reach their full potential by delivering free English lessons daily. The inability to access training, employment and voluntary opportunities due to a lack of English skills leaves migrants unable to integrate easily or contribute to their local communities, further hindered by the pandemic. Over the last few years, we have delivered various projects addressing crime prevention, youth diversion activities, advice and support at drop-in-centre in Gravesend and Northfleet. We currently deliver sports projects to address inactivity and different cultural events to celebrate and share traditions that have become celebrated and appreciated by the local community (e.g., St Nicholas Day, Porraimos -Romani Holocaust Exhibition and International Roma Day).
